While working as a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager for over 6 years with the multinational corporation Philips Healthcare, I sharpened the following skills, all relevant to better serving my real estate clients: Project Management (organized with attention to detail, hustle and tenacity but still easy to work with), Negotiations (brokered over $100 million in transactions), Valuations and Due Diligence. 

Additionally, growing up in a family run business of Real Estate Development, Construction, and Sales, has allowed me to gain important local market knowledge, as well as housing and architectural insight.
